Honoring Quality, Carrying on the Tradition of Craftsmanship - Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric Held a "March 15 Quality Commitment Day" Event in 2023

March 15th is International Consumer Rights Day, and also the annual "Quality Commitment Day" for Hongtu Company. High-quality, reliable, and stable products and services are the beliefs Hongtu has always upheld. For decades, Hongtu Company has consistently prioritized customer needs, adhered to its manufacturing principles, continuously improved product quality and service, and steadily accumulated the cultural foundation of an advanced manufacturing enterprise.
On the morning of March 15th, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, held its 2023 "Quality Commitment Day" event. Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun and other leaders attended the event, which was participated in by all Hongtu employees and hosted by Deputy General Manager of Quality Control, Ye Tao.
At the beginning of the event, General Manager Zheng Zhijun delivered a speech. Zheng pointed out that quality is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the bottom line for survival. Our products are special equipment; product quality is directly related to the life and property safety of customers, society, and the public. Therefore, we must have a sense of awe and remember our social responsibilities. With the concerted efforts of all employees, we will work together to manage quality, provide customers with exquisite, safe, and lightweight products, and promote the company's sustainable, healthy, and high-quality development. 
The process of product realization involves various stages, including technical design, process refinement, material procurement, and manufacturing. Quality acts as a thread connecting these stages, creating high-quality products delivered to customers. Representatives from the quality, technology, production, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering departments solemnly read the quality commitment in front of the Hongtu quality logo.
To strictly enforce process discipline, strengthen the fulfillment of responsibilities, standardize work behavior, and clarify quality requirements, the Quality Management Department released the "Top Ten Prohibitions on Production Site Quality Behavior" on-site.
Subsequently, 18 units—11 production workshops, 6 functional departments, and 1 engineering department—transformed their commitments into writing. Department employees signed the commitment letters, and department managers took turns going on stage to submit the quality commitment letters to the company. Liu Rui, the company's quality control director, accepted the quality commitment letters on behalf of the company.
Work teams are the basic units of production workshops. To strengthen the quality foundation of work teams and control the outflow of quality problems, the company launched the "Quality Flowing Red Flag Competition" in 2022 in conjunction with team building. From 73 workshop teams, the "Annual Quality Management Excellent Teams" were selected: the Trailer Workshop's "Chassis Team 1," the Chemical Tank Car Workshop's "Chemical Tank Team," and the Assembly Workshop's "Assembly Team 2 Welding Team." General Manager Zheng presented the "Flowing Red Flags" to each team.
Establishing advanced examples and setting benchmarks are important aspects of the company's quality culture activities. According to Hongtu Company's "Self-Inspection and Mutual Inspection Management Measures," a total of 6 worker self-inspection role models, 1 specialized inspection role model, 1 quality management role model, and 1 quality group role model were selected in 2022. Deputy General Manager Fu Rongming and General Manager Assistant Meng Hua awarded quality badges to the quality role models.
Hongtu Company has always attached great importance to "the inheritance of craftsmanship," using role models to spread the power of example. Li Zhongjiang, a representative of on-site skills masters; Zhou Sen, a representative of model workers; and Xiao Qiang, a representative of excellent quality management teams, shared their quality stories and called on all employees to strive for excellence in their respective positions and create more role models.
"Do not accept defective products, do not produce defective products, do not deliver defective products." The impassioned commitment echoed throughout Hongtu Company. This is not just a simple promise but the unwavering commitment of all Hongtu employees. Finally, led by General Manager Zheng, employees watched the quality regulations displayed on the stands, participated in activities such as the product quality improvement prize collection and WeChat scan code quiz to win red envelopes, and signed the quality commitment banner.
Upholding its mission and commitment to quality integrity! As a leading enterprise in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, Jingmen Hongtu has always adhered to the belief of "quality first," strictly controlling product quality, upholding high product quality, and using integrity and quality to create an excellent brand. At the same time, it keeps up with industry and market trends, continuously improving design concepts, optimizing product structure, and winning reputation with high-quality products and comprehensive services. In February 2023, the company won the 9th Yangtze River Quality Award, which reflects Hongtu's commitment to quality and the inheritance of craftsmanship. On May 11, the Hongtu Leading Wings Program, a technical talent development project of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, was officially launched, and the first centralized learning session was held. This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC Academy, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, and Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones.
On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. The ceremony was presided over by Li Li, Senior Human Resources Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company.
On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
