The construction of "rural micro-pipe networks" is once again included in the 2023 No. 1 Central Document!

Recently, the "No. 1 Central Document of 2023" was released. The document once again proposed "promoting the integrated urban-rural construction and management of universal service facilities such as county-level power supply, gas supply, telecommunications, and postal services, and in eligible areas, extending municipal pipelines, rural micro-grids, etc., to households." This is the second time that the construction of "rural micro-grids" has been included in the important strategic deployment for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, following its first inclusion in the No. 1 Central Document in 2021. Developing clean energy is an important task for improving energy structure, ensuring safety, and promoting ecological civilization. It holds significant and far-reaching practical importance for enhancing rural residents' sense of gain, happiness, and security, and for achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu company, along with China Gas Group and other entities, has been dedicated to the research and development of micro-pipeline systems since 2017. Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Hongtu Company, led the project team through repeated discussions, tackling challenges, and frequently organized technical R&D and market development personnel from the company to interact with China Gas Group. Technical teams were dispatched to developed countries and regions such as Japan, the United States, and Europe for surveys and technical cooperation discussions, and successfully passed the national "Three New Technologies" review at the end of April 2022. Jingmen Hongtu Company has become a manufacturer capable of providing full upstream, midstream, and downstream LPG industrial chain solutions, not only filling a gap in the national clean energy application field but also marking an important milestone in its transformation from a one-stop solution provider to a promoter of clean energy applications.

Following the Three New Technologies review, Jingmen Hongtu Company successfully delivered "China's first LPG tank truck with pump" to the Zhongran Qinghai project in June, and it has already been put into operation. This not only completes the final closed loop for LPG storage and gas supply but also realizes the entire process of LPG from storage and distribution, transportation, unloading, to use, playing a significant demonstration role for the comprehensive promotion and implementation of LPG tank gas supply systems.
Qinghai Micro-pipeline in Operation
The LPG micro-pipeline solution aims to serve villages and towns not yet covered by natural gas pipelines. This system uses dedicated LPG tank trucks with pumps to deliver liquefied petroleum gas from LPG storage and distribution stations to small LPG storage tanks in various villages. After gasification and pressure regulation, the gas enters each household through independent village-level gas pipelines. Residents' consumption is metered, making usage more convenient. During transportation, new technologies such as the Internet of Things, intelligence, and cloud platforms are integrated, transforming the original "bottled supply, household storage, self-management" gas supply model into a "centralized gas source supply, intelligent micro-pipelines distributed to households, and enterprise remote online monitoring" model. It boasts safety, flexibility, intelligence, economy, convenience, and complementary features, reducing users' gas connection costs. The LPG tank gas supply system has broad market prospects in developing dual gas sources for industry and users and promoting rural gas supply. Currently, relevant documents have been issued in places like Qinghai, Hubei, Hunan, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Hainan, and Shenzhen, vigorously promoting rural piped gas construction.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
