As a top-level event in the field of mechanical industrial design, the 2021 "Huachen Cup" Second National Mechanical Industrial Design Innovation Competition, jointly hosted by the China Mechanical Industry Federation and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions Mechanical Metallurgy and Building Materials Trade Union, was officially launched on August 12 at the Mechanical Industry Information Research Institute. This year's competition is themed "Design Innovation, Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future." The competition aims to build a platform for mechanical industrial design innovation guided by the government, serving the industry, with enterprises and universities as the main bodies, and with social participation. It will strengthen the dissemination of industrial design concepts, advanced design, and innovative technologies, promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry, and achieve high-quality development. This competition has two categories: product group and creative group.

On October 14, 2021, the Jingmen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau hosted and the Jingmen Municipal Intellectual Property Service Center undertook the Jingmen Municipal "World Standards Day" event and the results release conference for the selection of enterprise standard "leaders" at the Xinyangfeng Training Center. Leaders including Liu Guofang, Director of the Jingmen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau; Huang Jiabao, Deputy Director; and Gao Zili, a municipal cadre, attended the meeting. Dr. Mei Hui from the Provincial Standardization and Quality Research Institute gave a special training session on benchmarking and achieving quality improvement. Jingmen Hongtu, as an award-winning unit, was invited to attend the meeting.

To enhance the safety awareness of all employees, following the national safety production month activities in June, Hongtu Company has designated September as "Safety Awareness Month" and September 27th as the company's "Safety Awareness Day" annually. On the morning of September 27th, the 2021 Jingmen Hongtu "Safety Awareness Month" all-staff safety conference was successfully held.
