2022 marks the 40th anniversary of CIMC's production. To vigorously promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, inspire employees' enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, and give full play to the exemplary role of model workers, CIMC Group launched its first model worker selection activity. In response to the Group's call, the CIMC Energy Chemical sector formulated and issued the management measures for model workers in the energy chemical sector, convened an online launch meeting with more than 10 member companies in the sector, and after layers of selection, a total of 12 employees were finally selected as the first model workers in the energy chemical sector.
