Project Name: Roller Frame for Albania Soil-Covered Can Project

Project Location: No. 16, Yingchun Avenue, Duodao District, High-tech Zone, Jingmen City

Scope of Bidding: Two sets of 800T roller frames, responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of complete sets of equipment, implementing a turnkey project.

Quality and Delivery Requirements: Equipment meets national standards and occupational health requirements; delivery before December 15, 2023.

Registration Requirements:

Bidding units must have independent corporate legal qualifications, be manufacturers or agents with relevant qualifications in mechanical equipment design, manufacturing, sales, and installation, have the ability to independently complete this project, and have experience in similar projects. Within the past 3 years (October 1, 2020 - October 1, 2023), they must have completed at least 3 similar projects. Similar projects refer to similar projects with a single contract amount of 500,000 yuan or more (performance proof materials are copies of the bidding notice or contract agreement and equipment acceptance report); and have corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.

Consortiums are not accepted for this bidding.

Credit Requirements: Not under property receivership, freezing, or bankruptcy; no administrative penalties less than 500,000 yuan within the national administrative region, no more than 3 enforcement records with a total amount not exceeding 300,000 yuan, except for those who have eliminated the enforcement record before bidding.

Registration Method and Time:

This bidding project uses telephone and on-site registration. Bidding units that meet the above registration requirements should submit their basic qualifications to the following email (chenzhengxin@enricgroup.com) or submit them on-site to the Enterprise Management Department of Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. before 5:00 PM on October 13, 2023. The submission time is 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time) each day. After registration is approved, each unit should pay a registration fee (including electronic materials) of 300 yuan to Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (wire transfer or bank transfer, please note: registration fee when paying).

Bid Security:

The bid security for this project is RMB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Yuan), which should be submitted to the bidder in one lump sum before October 16, 2023.

The bid security should be submitted via bank transfer or wire transfer from the bidder's basic account, and the bidder should bring the receipt issued by the bidder to the opening ceremony.

The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned without interest within 5 days after the contract is signed; the bid security of the successful bidder will be directly converted into a contract performance bond when the successful bidder signs the contract.

Obtaining Bidding Documents and Drawings:

Bidding units that have passed the initial qualification review should obtain the electronic version of the bidding documents from Han Yu in the procurement department by October 14, 2023 at the latest, with the receipt or payment information issued by the bidder after receiving the notification from the bidder.
