I. Project Overview

(I) Project Name: 3# Yard Reconstruction Project.

(II) Tenderer: CIMC Enric (Jingmen) Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.

(III) Project Location: No. 16, Yingchun Avenue, Duodao District, Jingmen High-tech Zone

(IV) Scope and Overview of Bidding: Yard area 5500㎡, the existing ground is 20mm thick water-stabilized layer. Main construction methods: remove the original water-stabilized layer, use the water-stabilized layer material to level and slope compaction, surplus removal, surface casting 200mm thick concrete, strength grade C25.

(V) Quality and Time Requirements: (1) Quality and requirements are shown in the bidding documents; (2) Construction period: 15 days.

II. Registration Requirements: (I) Bidders must have independent corporate legal qualifications and have Grade 3 or above general contracting qualifications for building engineering construction. (II) Joint bids are not accepted for this tender. (III) Credit requirements: Not under the status of property being taken over, frozen, or bankrupt, no administrative penalties less than 200,000 yuan in the national administrative region, no more than 3 enforcement records with a total amount not exceeding 3 million yuan, except for those who have eliminated the enforcement records before bidding.

III. Registration Method and Time: This bidding project adopts on-site registration. Those who are interested in bidding, please come to Room 202, Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. office building from September 5, 2022 to September 9, 2022 (excluding statutory holidays), from 9:00 to 12:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm every day (Beijing time, the same below) with the documents included in the above registration conditions. Each set of bidding documents costs 500 yuan, non-refundable.

IV. Bid Security (I) The bid security for this project is RMB: ¥30000.00 (Capitalized: Thirty Thousand Yuan), which shall be submitted by the bidder to the tenderer in one lump sum before September 12, 2022. (II) The bidder shall submit the bid security by bank transfer or remittance (account information see Article 10), and shall be remitted from the bidder's basic account, and attend the opening ceremony with the receipt or payment voucher issued by the tenderer; (III) The bid security of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned without interest within 10 working days after the signing of the contract for this project; the bid security of the successful bidder shall be directly converted into a contract performance bond upon signing the contract.

V. Bidding Instructions: If the bidder has any of the following circumstances, the bid security will not be refunded, and the bid security will be handled by the tenderer: 1. Collusion, bid rigging, false bidding, or any act that violates fair trading; 2. The bidder withdraws its bid documents during the bid validity period; 3. The successful bidder fails to sign the construction contract within the specified time limit. VI. Method of Obtaining Bidding Documents and Drawings: Bidders who have passed the qualification preliminary examination shall obtain the electronic version of the bidding documents and drawings at the latest by 17:00 on September 10, 2022, with the receipt or payment voucher issued by the tenderer after receiving the notice from the tenderer.

VII. On-site Inspection, Q&A Time, Submission of Bid Documents Time, Opening Time and Location: (I) On-site inspection and submission of written questions and answers by bidders: Before 17:00 on September 11, 2022, please send an email to weishihai@enricgroup.com. (II) Deadline for submission of bid documents: September 14, 2022. Delivered to the opening ceremony, late submissions will not be accepted.
