I. Brief Introduction of the Tender Project

(I) Project Name: AP Project Generator Set

(II) Tenderer: Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

(III) Project Location: No. 16, Yingchun Avenue, Duodao District, High-tech Zone, Jingmen City

(IV) Scope and Content of Tender: AP project generator set.

(V) Quality and Delivery Requirements: The equipment must meet national standards and occupational health requirements; delivery within 30 calendar days after contract signing.

II. Registration Conditions:

(I) Bidding units must have independent corporate legal qualifications, and have qualifications for generator sets, sales, installation, and maintenance, and have completed no less than 3 similar achievements in the past 3 years (February 7, 2020-February 7, 2023). Similar achievements refer to similar projects with a single contract amount of 500,000 yuan or more (performance proof materials are copies of the winning notice or contract agreement and equipment acceptance report); and have corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.

(II) This tender does not accept joint bids.

(III) Credit Requirements: Not under the status of property being taken over, frozen, or bankrupt, no administrative penalties less than 200,000 yuan have been handled within the national administrative region, less than three enforcement records within the past 12 months and the amount of enforcement does not exceed 1.5 million yuan, except for those that have eliminated the enforcement records before bidding.

III. Registration Method and Time: This tender project adopts telephone and on-site registration methods. Bidding units that meet the above registration conditions should submit the bidding unit's basic qualifications to the following email (hanlu@enricgroup.com) or submit them on-site to the Enterprise Management Department of Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. before 17:00 on February 13, 2023, from 9:00 to 12:00 am and 14:00 to 17:30 pm every day (Beijing time, the same below). After the registration is passed, each unit should pay a material fee of 300 yuan (remittance or bank transfer) to Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

IV. Bid Security Deposit

1. The bid security deposit for this project is RMB ¥50,000 (in words: Fifty Thousand Yuan), which should be submitted to the tenderer by the bidding unit before February 18, 2023.

2. The bidding unit should submit the bid security deposit by bank transfer or remittance, and it should be remitted from the basic account of the bidding unit, and participate in the opening ceremony with the receipt issued by the tenderer;

3. The bid security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned without interest within 5 days after the contract is signed; the bid security deposit of the successful bidder will be directly converted into a contract performance bond when the successful bidder signs the contract.

V. Method of Obtaining Tender Documents and Drawings: Bidding units that have passed the initial qualification review should obtain the electronic version of the tender documents from Han Yu in the procurement department with the receipt issued by the tenderer or payment information at the latest before February 14, 2023, after receiving the telephone notification from the tenderer.

VI. Q&A Time, Submission Time of Tender Documents, Opening Time and Location (Specific details are subject to the tender documents):

(3) Planned opening time: 9:00 on February 20, 2023 (specific details are subject to the tender documents).

VII. Notes: During registration, bidding units must not disclose the information of the recommender, and must not use internal or external relationships to affect the fairness and impartiality of the bidding process, otherwise their bidding qualifications will be cancelled.
