　　Hongtu possesses A3-level rule design and analysis design (SAD) qualifications, as well as ASME U/U2 qualifications and European standard (PED certification) design experience. Materials with actual construction achievements include: Q245R, Q345R, Q345R(R-HIC), Q370R, 16MnDR, 09MnNiDR, 15MnNiNbDR, Q490R, Q490DRL1, Q490DRL2, SA516, SA537(CL1/CL2), S30408, S30403, S31608, S31603, S31668, 9Ni steel, and various carbon steel-stainless steel composite plates. Spherical tank specifications range from 50m³ to 10770m³, with shell thicknesses from 14 to 68mm.
　　Production Capacity: The spherical tank manufacturing plant covers an area exceeding 20,000㎡, equipped with a total of five hydraulic presses: two 3000T, two 2000T, and one 1680T, possessing an annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons of spherical tanks. More than ten sets of flame and plasma automatic cutting devices, multiple sets of automatic welding equipment such as submerged arc welding and gas-shielded welding, and multiple intelligent logistics systems are configured. Spherical tank products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions in Asia, Africa, and Europe.
