Introduction: Large atmospheric LNG storage tank adopts vertical cylindrical shape with flat bottom and arch crown double shell metal structure, powder insulation. The inner tank is made of austenitic stainless steel and the outer tank is made of low alloy steel or carbon steel. The inner tank is used to storage cryogenic medium, and the outer tank and inner tank constitutes a heat insulation space (interlayer). The bottom of the inner tank uses foam glass block for heat insulation, and the circular and top space use pearlife for heat insulation. The storage tank is composed of inner tank, outer tank, heat insulation system, pipeline system and instrument control system, etc.

Product Usage: the large cryogenic storage tank is mainly used in two fields, one is storage of cryogenic liquid like liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, etc. for customers in the air separation, metallurgy and chemical industry; the other one is LNG storage for LNG plant, gas station, peak-shaving station, etc. The cryogenic liquid tank features large volume, small land occupation, low investment, low pressure storage, and high safety.

Introduction: the cluster tank is composed by multiple charged pressure-bearing tanks allocated in the outer tank in certain sequence. The inner tanks are of vertical cylindrical shape with outriggers, and the outer tank is of cylindrical, flat bottom and arc crown structure. The inner tanks are made of austenitic stainless steel and the outer tank is made of low alloy steel or carbon steel. The inner tank is used to store cryogenic medium and is fixed on the base through the outriggers with heat insulation structure. The outer tank and inner tank constitutes a heat insulation space which is filled with pearlife. The storage tank is composed of inner tanks, outer tank, heat insulation system, pipeline system and instrument control system, etc.
Product usage: large cryogenic liquid cluster tank is mainly used for the storage of pressurized cryogenic liquid.
