         The spring sunshine is gradually returning, and all things are beginning to be renewed. On 19th February (the 10th day of the first month of the Lunar Calendar), Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC ENRIC, ushered in the first day of work after the Spring Festival.Celebrating the Start of Construction and Safety First

       At 9:00 a.m., Hongtu carried out a safety 100 activity with the theme of "Safety First, Zero Violation, Zero Accident" according to the work deployment of the Group and the Board. The activity aims to strengthen the company's safety management level, comprehensively improve the safety concept and awareness of employees, ensure the company's safety production in 2024 is stable and good, and promote the company's production and operation to a new level. Zheng Zhijun, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led all the staff to participate in the activity, which was presided over by Dai Wencheng, deputy manager of Safety and Lean Department. 

      Mr. Zheng first expressed his welcome and blessing to the employees who returned to work safely. He pointed out that safety is the prelude to a year of smooth operation. Emphasis on management personnel at all levels to "always do not rest assured" sense of responsibility to grasp the safety work, to enhance the safety awareness of employees as the primary task of safety management; the whole company should always adhere to the "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management" approach, and further improve the production safety responsibility system, strict implementation of the system of production safety due diligence; the project managers should have a good understanding of safety, and should be responsible for the safety of employees.      Wang Zheng of the parts workshop made a safety commitment on behalf of the employees at the manufacturing site, and Chen Rui, the engineering project manager, made a safety commitment on behalf of the project managers. They said that they will always focus on the theme of "safety first, zero violations, zero accidents", firmly establish the awareness of the red line of safety, and implement safety into the whole process of production and management, each link, each position, to ensure that the responsibility for the implementation of no dead ends, supervision, and management of no blind zones, to ensure the safety in the survival, and to promote the development of security in the security. 

        Subsequently, the company's general manager Zheng Zhijun, deputy general manager Tu Xiaohong, Xiao Xuewen, Fu Rongming, general manager assistant Meng Hua, and four executives signed the 2024 HSE production responsibility certificate.  

        Then, Xiao Xuewen, Fu Rongming, deputy general manager of the company, Tang Xiaoming, general manager of the Manufacturing Management Center, Yuan Longquan, manager of the QHSE Department, representatives of employees at the manufacturing site, and representatives of project managers signed the 2024 HSE responsibility letter respectively. Mr. Xiao, executive deputy director of the HSE Committee, led all the staff to shout the safety slogan of "Safety first, zero violations, zero accidents".icate.    

      In order to effectively promote the units to continuously improve the level of HSE management, and further stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff and the ability of the whole staff to improve safety, the meeting also awarded the staff who won prizes in the Holding 2023 HSE Improvement Publication Meeting. Safety comes first when work starts. Everyone should always tighten the string of safety, fundamentally improve safety awareness, and achieve the essential safety of the enterprise. 

       Finally, under the leadership of Mr Zheng, all the staff passed through the safety gate in a neat and orderly manner and signed the commitment on the banners and posters of "Safety First, Zero Accident, Zero Violation", and the strong safety culture atmosphere infected and influenced every employee.  

Bearing in Mind and Put into Practice

       After the Safety 100 activities, the company carried out the HSE management training activities at the project site. Zheng made important instructions to all project managers, he pointed out that 2024 standing on a new starting point, the company will organise and carry out project manager training twice a year, urge all project managers to perform their duties, comply with the rules and regulations, and further strengthen the awareness of the first person responsible for production safety, actively participate in various safety training, accelerate the improvement of the comprehensive quality of production safety and excellent skills, and constantly enhance the ability to perform their duties; at the same time, the hidden trouble detection and management At the same time, the company will quickly implement the hidden danger investigation and management and risk classification and control mechanism to the project site one by one to prevent the occurrence of systematic risk, always tighten the safety string, and consistently do a good job in the project site safety management, so as to ensure that the company's engineering business to achieve further success.

      A year's plan lies in spring, and safety production must be the first priority. All the company's production workshops and project sites have started the busy mode, Hongtu staff will be responsible for the mast, raising the sail of safety, and sprinting to a "good start".
